It is time for Christian first responders to confidently carry the banner of Christ. Rescued and Restored provides three tiers of discipleship training specific to our calling as first responders.
FOUNDATION
Tier 1
Knowing the
Gospel
Develop a deeper understanding of the gospel message, as well as how justification, sanctification, repentance, and biblical accountability keep us grounded in our walk with Christ as first responders.
CONVERSATION
Tier 2
Going with the
Gospel
Prepare to give a answer for the hope you have, and answer the biggest questions from the job with biblical answers. Learn how to create co-worker conversations with eternal significance.
Tier 3
PRESENTATION
Gathering around
the Gospel
Establish a Rescued & Restored chapter in your department to provide faith-based peer support. Become a Christian leader who makes disciples who make disciples. Gain access to RR resources.
All trainings are 4 hours long, free of cost, and include lunch.
To begin a Rescued & Restored chapter within your department, we encourage completing all three tiers.
WHY WE'RE HERE
Rescued & Restored exists to see first responders reach first responders with the Gospel message, even in the hardest moments.
We are called to speak biblically rooted Gospel truth into the lives, circumstances, and struggles of first responders. Our purpose in developing faith-based peer support teams is to connect first responders with other believers so they can support each other in their faith. Together we can, by the power of the Holy Spirit, help each other deal with the special struggles that our career fields bring.
OUR FOUNDATION
We need a faithful relationship with Christ to be the best we can be for our calling as a first responder.
The founders of this program are first responders. The name Rescued and Restored represents the desire to rescue first responders from uncertainty and restore them to right relationship with Jesus Christ. Faith-based peer support seeks to establish a foundation for first responders built on faith. Through faith we can find true identity, fulfillment, and satisfaction in our careers and lives.
OUR MISSION
is to speak biblically rooted, Gospel truth into the lives and circumstances of first responders.
There is a critical need for first responders to understand the truth of scripture, and how God, through His Word, speaks into the struggles that first responders deal with on a daily basis. Rescued and Restored comes alongside the local Church to equip and develop first responders to share the gospel with other first responders.
